I have to give a shout out to Josh, and the rest of the team! Josh was awesome. I came in looking to make some glass shelves. (Did you know Ace can hook it up?) He was extremely helpful, and helped me rejuvenate a hutch from Goodwill.

Kendall's Ace Hardware had what I needed and I could buy the exact number I wanted (need + extras just in case). Best of all, no one insisted I needed help. I overheard helpful conversations between employees and patrons, and I'm confident that I would have had useful assistance if I tried to catch an employee's eye. I was left alone to explore the fasteners as I searched for the right size bolts and lock washers for my project.
My go-to hardware store for anything that doesn't require me to go to a big-box. They have what I need 90% of the time. The staff is friendly and has never failed to ask if I need help locating anything or have any questions. Often teenagers which would normally be a deterrent - but these kids have known what I was talking about every time I've been in there. Bless y'all. Giving an old man hope.

It’s a rare hardware/home improvement store that’s a welcoming and confidence inspiring experience for a woman- even one that does all their own DIY. I have always been treated with respect, confidence in my abilities and needs and an eager excitement to help. They won’t hesitate to make recommendations for elsewhere if they don’t have what I need and can’t order it. They are happy to help me brainstorm- or leave me in the correct aisle to decide what I actually need or want. This truly is a fixture of the community that makes this feel like a neighborhood I want to be a part of!
Called to check to see if they could help with removing a broken key in a lock cylinder. Brought it in, the team member helped - wasn't successful, but helped me look for a local locksmith to have it removed. This lock was for my Thule Evolution cargo box, and it was a new one for this team member.
This location has a kit to help remove broken keys, and that's a plus for being close to home. Very friendly team, and knowledgeable.

This place saved my butt a few times. Would rather go here than have to go to Menards.
My latest emergency was getting a Moen replacement faucet Stem/cartridge and they older gentleman working there helped me find the part and the removal tool for the old stem.
On a different occasion, I needed a copper pipe section cut to a specific length. That same person assisted by cutting the pipe for me. It worked perfectly for what I needed
So it now changed hands without the loss of it employees. Still love the place. Everything was intact for the exception of not cheering my Ace exacto knife. They're no longer Ace but they carry the same tradition their employees, their demeanor and poise is the same. exceptional. Always helping hand we need to help with their knowledge being vast in many areas. So glad they're here.
